What Non-Profits can use AdAid?

AdAid is designed to give Non-Profits that would normally not have the resources to produce their own communications campaign, website or corporate ID development the chance to do so.

Its primary target is registered Non-Profits that have very small marketing and communications budgets

What will it cost me?

All creative time is donated for free, as is advertising space.

You will be asked to meet the hard costs a donating creative services provider may incur in responding to your brief. This could include development expenses such as proofs, disks, skins, for which a small budget should be made available at the commencement of the brief.

Further productions costs involved with website hosting, print production, TV production, music and talent will need to be discussed between the creative partner and the Non-Profit. It is best that budgets are discussed and estimates and approved before any relevant work commences.

Can Non-Profits request more than one service at a time?

If you need several elements for a campaign, you can request these. Although a creative donor may offer to complete just one of these for you that at a time. However, this doesn’t stop you requesting different services over a period of time.

How do I go about using AdAid?

For Non-Profits: Enter the Non-Profits section of the site where you will fill out a creative briefing form.

If a creative donor is able to help you, they will contact you directly from the details you have provided. Once you are happy that you’ve got a creative provider you feel is the right person to be working with, then if you wish, you can remove your brief from the site.

All we ask is that you allow us to showcase the finished solution on the AdAid website

For creative donors: Please enter the creative donors section of AdAid where you can browse all the creative briefs posted by Non-Profit Organizations and select a project that you wish to donate your pro-bono services to. The Non-Profits details are on their job sheet so you can contact them directly. We recommend that you do so to ensure that none of the details with regards to the brief have changed.

For media donors: You enter the portfolio section of AdAid where under AdAid portfolio you can browse and check out any advertisement you wish to run pro bono. If it’s print – it’s downloadable off the site. If it’s Radio or Television we will courier you the advertisement within 48 hours.
